Earlobe Repair
View Our Actual Patient Before/After Earlobe Repair Treatment Photos
Earlobe repair is a cosmetic surgery that is used to repair a torn or otherwise damaged earlobe. An Ellman radiofrequency knife is the highly specialized surgical tool used by Dr. Alex to perform these repairs. This allows for precise cutting without bleeding. The procedure itself only requires a local anesthetic. The Ellman radiofrequency knife is utilized to clean up earlobe edges. Then, sutures are used to complete the earlobe repairs.
After 7-10 days, the sutures are removed, and antibiotic ointment is applied. Mild drainage is normal. If your lobe was previously pierced, you could have it pierced again by our esthetician about 6 weeks after your surgery.
