When you meet with the doctor at NY FACE PLACE, he will explain to you the Botox® treatment in detail and will assess your skin and your medical history. Dr. Meneshian will ask about any allergies you may have and what, if any, medications you are taking. He will answer all of your questions and determine if you are a good candidate for Botox® Cosmetic.

Your Botox® Cosmetic Procedure
The procedure is usually quick and simple. We use the smallest diameter needle available to inject the Botox® cosmetic. Discomfort from a Botox® cosmetic treatment is minimal and brief. Most patients compare the sensation of a pin prick.
Your Botox® Cosmetic Recovery
Patients may experience slight redness around the injection sites which can be easily camouflaged with makeup. You may resume normal activity immediately but refrain from exercising or lying down for four hours after the treatment. You should see a marked improvement within a few days. Results can last up to 4 months, although results may vary.
